Do you have any Footbed sizing recommendations for very narrow and tight-fitting cycling shoes?
For fitting SOLE in very narrow and tight-fitting cycling shoes, we recommend choosing a footbed that is a size to a half-size smaller than what you usually wear. For example, if you are a size 8.5 or a size 9, we recommend a size 8 footbed. Initially, the arch may be further back than you are used to, but the heat-molding will adjust it for a perfect fit.
