Our consultants work with teams and organizations to understand their Creativity and Risk Taking and how to leverage that understanding for greater innovative success. We’ve worked with small teams of seven or eight just creating a dialogue, to large interventions of up to 100 people to designing major culture change efforts that involve thousands.
