Do you have a training program for entry level professionals, such as rotational assignments, assigned mentors, company orientation classes, etc?
NASA has an Accelerated Training Program for entry level engineers and scientists that provide mentoring and selected classes and on-the-job assignments that provide a good start for the employee. The employee may be promoted to the next grade after six months of this concentrated training instead of the normal one year. Additionally, NASA Centers have various other training programs for procurement and other administrative and managerial positions.
