I don’t have a specific recipe, but I often substitute King Arthur’s White Whole Wheat Flour for half the white flour in any recipe. My family doesn’t usually notice, as it’s rather pale in color yet is whole grain. The recipes come out a bit denser than they would have otherwise. Using honey instead of sugar is tougher and will require compensating changes in the recipe rather than a straight substitution, so you would have to find specific new recipes rather than just changing your old ones. You can safely substitute raw sugar for white sugar in many of your old recipes, however, if you are trying to avoid processing as much as possible. (See www.sugarintheraw.com for information on raw sugar.) There is also a good book with recipes using fruit juice concentrate and such, although the title – The “I Can’t Believe This Has No Sugar” Cookbook – is misleading, as of course the recipes are full of naturally-occurring fruit sugar.
