Yes. XML format files (for Capita E.S. SIMS 6 or later) are available to download from the Yellis+ website or through the PARIS software (the ‘Export to MIS’ button), and MTF files (for Capita E.S. SIMS 5 or Serco Facility CMIS) are available through the PARIS software (the ‘Export to MIS’ button).
