No, any disc that has copy protection can not be copied legally. Duplication equipment can not physically copy any disc that is flagged with copy protection. The catch all to this issue is you have to break the encryption which violates the Millennium Digital Act. It may violate copyright laws to duplicate any material that does not belong to you. Just because a disc may not have copy protection does not mean it is exempt from copyright protection.
