Do you handle reverse DNS lookups ie: PTR records?

Yes! You can create a PTR record out of any A or MX record that has an IP address, by clicking on the “Create PTR from this record” checkbox on the DNS Records page. NOTE: Your IP Address Provider MUST delegate reverse resolution to us in order for reverse DNS to function, since they own the IP address and thus control how its reversed domain resolves.
