Preston is right. My mother died at the ripe age of 57. She never drank, smoked, did drugs or eat badly. But man was she stressed for most of her life. :eyecrazy: No question in my mind that stress killed her. Everyone copes with stress differently. It’s how you deal with stress that makes you as a person IMO. There are healthy ways and then there are destructive ways to cope. Personally, I can deal with big things with my head securely placed on my shoulders. Sure it’s not pleasant, but I can tackle the large things that life throughs out without going nuts. For me it’s all the little things that build up that make me crazy. Exercise works great. Punching bags are fabulous.
