A. No, I make requests free of charge. The only thing I ask of you is that if you use the blinkie or name on a webpage please link it back to my site. If you use it on a message board you don’t need to link back but I would appreciate you referring others to my site when you can. Please don’t take credit for the blinkie or signature.
