Do you believe that fire, water, air, earth are the only elements worth acknowledging.?
What the ancient Greeks called elements we call states of mater. I.e. Earth, Water & Air become Solid, Liquid & Gas. Fire becomes Energy. What we call ‘elements’ are the irreduceable componants of mater like Hydrogen, Oxygen, Carbon or Iron. Which is to say, that aside from a few refinements, we agree with the Acient Greeks that space-time is composed of mater & energy. Einstein’s E=mc^2 implies that mater may just be another form of energy, which means he agrees with Heraclitis who said “Everything is Fire.” Your ‘additional’ elements are accounted for. Light is energy. Dark is the abscence of energy. Lightning is energy in air. Nature is a collective name for interacting mater & energy. Blood is thicker than water but still a liquid. Sound is energy in air. Metal is typically a solid with the capacity to conduct energy. & Physics is a class you should probably repeat. Hope this helps.
