Do you believe myths were just made up stories told by parents or grandparents to their children?
Most myths are made up stories. As they are told from grandparents to grandchildren or by shaman in tribes the story was told to their children till in the end it was unknown if it is true or not so we decided to call it a myth. However some of these stories are very true but the story itself is changed e.g. a lycanthrope there it is a myth for a human to shapeshift into a lycan (wolf) however lycanthrope was a term used to call people who are insane. Meening the people who thought they where animals. So there is alot i can say about this but to shorten it up il say. Myths are stories told from generasion to generasion and now are not known if true or not.
