Do you always use a new needle or do the old ones get resterilised?

Piercing needles are only to be used once and afterwards immediately thrown in a special needle container. The opening of the wrapping should always happen in your presence, with you clearly able to see what’s going on. THERE IS NO EXCUSE. If the piercer has opened the wrapping in advance, RUN LIKE CRAZY.
