No. Only in my school, it is “No visible cell phones,” which implies that if you have an invisible cell phone, or more likely, have your cell phone turned silent/off and hidden, you won’t get in toruble for it. Cell phones are a practical necessity for emergencies, whether personal or school-related. Athletes and extra curricular activities students also need them to get to and from school, so that is another really big thing.
