There is an ongoing Year 2000 effort in each of FedEx’s global regions, modeled after the approach FedEx established within the U.S. Each offshore regional Senior Vice-President has appointed a Division Lead to oversee Year 2000 compliance activities. Regional management and the Division Lead then work with an on-site Support Manager who reports to the Year 2000 Project Office.
