Do wrist curls cause forearm veins more than barbell curls and concentration curls?

If you do wrist curls properly, they should give you more forearm veins. Veins will develop in your forearms to allow a better blood flow to these parts. So if you train specifically that part you will get the veins. Barbell curls with a straight bar should be the best though, because you work your forearms a lot but at the same time work your biceps. So it will give you a better general blood flow and develop vascularisation in all your arm. Concentration curls don’t work the forearms as much since they concentrate everything on the biceps.
