We had a 1955 Brooklyn Dodger ring in our prior auction as well as Super Bowl rings from the Dolphins perfect season and the NY Giants 1986 Super Bowl ( Elvis Patterson ). michael missert: Hello Mr. Rosenkrantz, I have a John Elway autographed Riddell game helmet with his No. 7 on it. It is mid to late 80’s style with the water pockets inside instead of the foam used now. I do not have a COA for it but the story goes that Raymond Berry (Denver QB coach at that time) donated the helmet to a Baltimore Colts alumni auction. I purchased the helmet from a dealer at National Sports Collectors Convention in Atlanta in 1992. Can you tell me what the value would be and does the fact that I do not have a COA take away from the value?
