Do women only pick tall men as a way to express their distaste of short men?
I find the idea that women’s preference for tall men is somehow “hard wired” by evolution to be a bit implausible. There is no evidence that short men are less capable protectors & providers than tall men, but it seems to be the mantra of the shallow female who wants to justify her shallowness with scientific sounding blather. I believe women are generally incapable of independent thought, and simply accept whatever the media and their culture tells them to believe. Since heightism is so prevalent in most cultures, the idea that short men are inferior gets driven into women’s heads from the day they’re born.
