Do women hold leadership roles at Mars Hill?
Yes. Our Brief Statement of Faith states what we believe God’s Word teaches in Galatians 3.28 (“There is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male nor female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.”) that the Holy Spirit “calls women and men to all ministries of the church.” Women can be ordained as pastors, elders and deacons, and serve Christ faithfully as elders and deacons at Mars Hill.
