Do Women Expatriates Measure Up?
This study examined gender differences in expatriate job performance to see whether women effectively perform job duties in a potentially unfriendly cultural environment. Job performance ratings were obtained for 310 expatriates. Men and women were rated similarly in terms of job performance, lending support to the employment of women expatriates. Hannah L.
