People like gadgets. I know I do. There’s always the hope for a better mousetrap; some way to make our lives easier, our teeth whiter, our recorded music sound like a live performance. There are plenty of wine gadgets on the market, many of which sell amazingly well. But do they work? Among the most popular wine gadgets are those intended to aerate wine. Everyone wants their wine to taste as good as it possibly can. The promise of a device that makes wine taste better or reach its peak faster is very attractive.
