Do wealthy people have a moral obligation to share their wealth?

Don’t you think that that would depend on how you define moral obligation. Since theoretically, wealthy people also pay more in taxes as well. I also believe that that is a personal decision and not something should be forced upon anyone. Every individual also has the moral obligation to be all they can be. Sitting at home and not trying to get a job, living off the system by having kids they cannot afford, and using the welfare system that is designed to be temporary as a permanent crutch. Personally, I would give more if I could, but wealth is really a matter of perspective. I know people that make a lot of money because they work harder than most people do. So why are they expected to give what they worked so hard for away because someone thinks it is morally responsible?
