Do we see new era emerging at the advent of yttrium 90 in treatment of for Liver Cancer ?
I am not familiar with this technique but begin to be involved with interventions for treatment of liver cancer. A quick scan of the literature suggests that the treatment is very promising for some types of inoperable cancers. It also suggests that the method is new enough so that there are not many results yet from phase III clinical trials. I see from a google that Ranbaxy is involved in this area.
