Do we need to order the exact quantity according to the number of students who will be using the books? Is there a return policy?
It would be ideal to order at least 1 extra copy per level in case a student loses his/her book during the course of the school year. However, some schools may find it difficult to project the exact number of enrollees before actual enrollment is over. We offer a return policy for 5% of the items ordered (only for core Textbooks). Items must be identified and set aside for pick up on or before August 30 of the school year, otherwise it will be included in the billing statement as an outstanding account.
