Do we need to know a Shriner or speak with a Shriner before my child can be treated or seen at the Cincinnati hospital?
No. For any questions about a pediatric burn injury and the appropriate treatment, call (800) 875-8580 and ask to speak to the charge nurse – anytime day or night. Shriners outside of the Cincinnati area often help families with transportation arrangements to the hospital, but you do not need to make contact with a Shriner before calling our hospital to discuss treatment.
