One RTI record form (Pages 1 and 2) per student, but you may decide to have more than one graph page (Page 3) for ease of progress monitoring. Keeping in mind that the purpose of the RTI process is to determine effective educational strategies, teams should develop as many intervention strategies as they feel are needed to address the problems described and analyzed on Page 2. Single problems may only require single interventions and single progress monitoring graphs. Multiple and complex issues may require more.
