Do we need On-Site installation services for the PieMaster machines?
The model MT-20 Manually Operated Machine does not require installation services. Its instruction manual is quite simple to understand and easy to use. We recommend that the on-site installation service be ordered with the Model SA-21 Semi-Automatic machine. A factory installation person comes directly to your site, unpacks the machine and performs the training. Employees/Operators are trained how to use the machine to best advantage, how to modify filling settings, how to design fillings for best performance with the machine, how to clean and care for the machine on a regular basis and how to service and repair the machine. When the factory installer leaves the site, employees will be up and running the machine at a reasonable speed. As they work with the machine their production speed will increase faster when they have been pre-trained in how to achieve the most efficient use of the machine.
