Do we need national holidays to remind us about patriotism?

I think yes. But if u r bothering that everyone should know what is so special about India today. There’s a comedy in south Indian movies. A man receiving chocolates from a young birthday boy and asking him “Is today – Independence day?”. That is the case in India. Many people dont know what day is today? When many movies are on theaters, this must be a special day (they think so). So there must atleast a holiday to make them remember today is republic day, Independence day. So that they atleast think for a moment “What is so special about today’s occasion”? When there is no holiday. It makes a man irritated mentally thinking that “It is not so good about today. They are not even allowing a holiday?” Conclusion : A real patriotic man, wherever he may be, doesn’t need a cheaply to make him remember about national holidays. He just salutes the flag, feel proud that he is Indian, marks his way brightfully.
