A. No. Many courts already use a court management record of their own. The NPT CMR is drawn from one produced by a court to support CJSSS. It was implemented independently by a number of other courts around the country and is circulated by the NPT to assist areas that don’t have their own. The scheme contemplates that post first hearing all parties will receive a copy and that it will be used to inform the post plea file build.
