Do we have to use sub-contractors suggested by Greenhus?
No not at all. Greenhus does require that all sub-contractors are fully qualified and are shown how to work on our buildings. Also they must have all insurances and ‘Health and Safety’ qualifications, passes, etc. to satisfy current regulations. We would encourage the use of local electricians and plumbers, as they will continue to be available to the client as a ‘Support System’.
