Do we have the ability to review claims after submission for claim status or possible rejections?
Response: All claims that are submitted electronically or paper may be reviewed through the internet. Electronic claims may be reviewed within 24 hours. Claims submitted on paper will be available within approximately 10 days from the date of submission. You can access the provider main page http://promise.dpw.state.pa.us and search all claims associated with your 13 digit PROMISe™ provider ID. Searches are available based on recipient identification number, date range or claim status. Registration is required to view and submit claims via the internet. When you go to the site listed above select “Log on to PA PROMISe™ Internet.” This will take you to the Login screen. Select “Create your user account now.
