Odd-numbered addresses may use water outdoors on Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday between the hours of midnight and 10:00 a.m. Even-numbered addresses may use water on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday between the hours of midnight and 10:00 a.m. These restrictions are subject to change during periods of declared drought. Sprinkler and irrigation systems may not be used, all watering must be done with a hand-held hose with a faucet that automatically shuts off if the hose is dropped, and you may only water for a maximum of 25 minutes.
