I wish more people would understand that “mankind” is simply what we all choose to be, and thus, do, and that not only do we have an obligation to future generations but we have an obligation to each other right now and right here to protect and allow for each individual human to flourish to their potentials. Everything we say and everything we do influences our environment in such a way that we each have tremendous power and should all be working on learning and teaching those things that will not degrade human life. In doing so future generations would benefit, however, like not waiting for heaven to get my taste of life, I’d prefer to do it for each other, here and now. Hate cultures pollute our social environments and toxic waste pollutes our physical environment, and neither is something I want to share or promote for anyone at anytime.
