Do Waist Trimmer Belts Work?
In my opinion, they are neither. Let me explain what I mean: In the ads for the more respectable and popular electric ab belts, the claim usually goes along these lines: The product can help you tone and strengthen your abs. Nothing is said about helping you to burn belly fat. Why? Because there’s no proof of that and it may lead to false advertisement charges if they do say it. According to the FTC, using these machines can’t help you lose belly fat, can’t help you get six pack abs, and is not superior to regular abs exercises. What the FTC doesn’t reject outright is that these waist trimmer belts can temporarily help you tone and strengthen your abs. However, this won’t get you flat abs unless you also follow a healthy diet plan and do other workouts that will burn off the belly fat.
