Do voters with disabilities have the right to assistance at the polls?
Yes. Voters with disabilities, including illiteracy, blindness, or difficulty with the English language, have the right to assistance in voting by a person of his or her choosing. The voter may receive assistance from any person other than the voters employer, officer or agent of voters union, or the Judge of Elections.
