Do volunteer mediations meet the Rosters experience requirement?
Volunteer mediations completed in a structured setting, under the auspices of an accepted mediation organization, meet the Society’s experience pre-requisite. In order to be considered “structured”, the setting must provide the applicant with direct supervision during the mediations. The supervision must be by a trained and experienced mediator, who provides the applicant with informed and structured feedback related to specific learning objectives.
