Do visitors have to pay for parking?

Yes. Visitors can purchase a daily permit, for $5.00, either at a Parking and Transportation Services office or from permit vending machines located in certain visitor lots. This permit allows you to park in all visitor lots. Also, there are parking meters available for ten cents per six minutes ($1 per hour, 2hr max). Visitors can request up to 3 complimentary Park-n-Ride permits per semester. Park-n-Ride lots, (43, 18A and 18B), are remote parking lots. Just hop on the fare-free shuttle to your destination.
