VersusBet does not charge any conversion fees. However NETeller does: The currency exchange rate is calculated using www.oanda.com. NETeller use the Buy/Sell rate of USD when converting to any of the other currencies plus there is also the NETeller FX rate of 1.9% applied to each conversion processed through your NETeller merchant account.
