Do vendors conduct their own employee criminal background checks?
Yes. Vendors have advised us that they conduct criminal background checks on all employees before they are hired. Vendors tell us that they will provide their client counties and local entities a certification acknowledging that a criminal background check has been conducted on the vendors’ employees who support the pre-election operations of their clients.
