All vampires? No. Not all “normal” people practise animal sacrifice either. But it’s not this big thing that vampires have to do, like drink blood. It might be interesting to note that some vampires drink animal blood, and if the animal is very small (like a gerbil or rat) then the animal would probably die. But that’s not exactly animal sacrifice.
