I don’t think so. Menstrual blood is dead blood with very little life force in it and most vampires would rather drink from an open bleeding wound.

ummm if vampires in folklore did exist i doubt they would be sucking on menstrual blood, menstrual blood is just the waste lining of the womb and an unfertilized egg
