A number of utilities and energy efficiency program sponsors already offer incentives on ENERGY STAR-qualified LED products, including organizations in Wisconsin, Massachusetts, and Vermont. Utilities and energy efficiency program sponsors in California, the Pacific Northwest, and other parts of the Northeast are in the process of designing their own incentive programs.
