Do users require “Power User” or “Administrator” rights to use SCM Pro 4?

No. Once the system has been setup on each computer, users do not need to have special rights to logon and use SCM Pro. However, installation must be completed by the Administrator user, and this user must then log on to SCM Pro for the first time to complete the setup and registration.
