Do user references for Index Map searches appear on invoices?
When users search via Index Map the initial search appears without the user reference. The first title viewed does not appear on the invoice. Subsequent titles viewed do appear on the invoice but without a user reference. We appreciate that this issue has a significant consequence for Registers Direct users and are investigating this issue as a high priority. We would suggest that each user keeps a note of the user references and search numbers entered for Index Map searches.
