Do United Way contributors and their families have to pay for services from funded human service partners?
Many Funded Partners charge fees to clients who are capable of paying for part or all of the services they receive. Often, fees are charged on a sliding scale, based on the client’s income. Fees collected help pay for services provided to indigent clients who have no means to purchase services they need.
