Absolutely not. You never have to disclose that, nor do you even have to ever tell your employer that you’re pregnant by any particular certain time. It’s your business that you’re undergoing fertility treatments, nobody else, and it’s your decision to disclose a pregnancy at your discretion. If your job is risky, then obviously it’s important to tell your employer that you’re pregnant for safety reasons, but other than that, you can wait until you’re comfortable. I know you aren’t pregnant yet, but all that is just for future reference should you become pregnant.
