No, travel reimbursements are indirect payments to vendors. The intent of the ARRA reporting requirements is to capture information about direct payments made to vendors. In addition, it would be extremely burdensome for recipients if they were required to individually review each travel reimbursement paid against ARRA funds for the purpose of identifying and reporting these indirect payments.
