Do towtruck drivers require special training to work at Tilden?
Yes. First, all drivers are required to submit to a thorough background record check by both our insurance company and our local/state law enforcement at initial hiring. Next, any new employee/driver must attend an extensive hands on nationally certified tow training/recovery program such as Wreckmaster or North American Towing Academy. In addition, all of our employees are required to pass a random drug testing program during employment.
