Do Tofurky® products contain a lot of sodium?
We understand people’s concerns about sodium and limit the amount of sodium in our Tofurky products. Because our Tofurky Products are intended to be a meat alternative, and often compared to the flavor of meat, some salt is required to carry these flavors. With most of our products we have achieved great taste with significantly less amounts of sodium than the meat counterparts to our products. Check here for full comparison table. People on low sodium diets should check out our tempeh line, which is very low in sodium, or consider cutting portions of Tofurky® in half.
