Trypsin inhibitors are not a factor once something has been cooked and it’s really referring to unfermented soy beans. If protein absorption were a problem then you wouldn’t have veg’an body builders who include soy in their diet. I wouldn’t go overboard with it. It is much better to get most of your protein from legumes like black beans, kidney beans, mung beans etc. and mix them with whole grains. Tofu and tempeh make good compliments to a well-balanced vegetarian diet. They’re just not meant to be lived off of solely. Vegan body-builder Kenneth G.
