Do TimberSIL® Glass Wood Products meet AWPA standards?

0

The AWPA standards do not apply to TimberSIL® Glass Wood. The AWPA writes standards for wood treated with preservatives, most of which are hazardous and regulated by the EPA. These standards apply to toxic products being infused into wood and that leach or leave the wood over time. TimberSIL® Glass Wood uses none of these types of chemicals and it does not leach and/or lose its protection over time. Its protection is locked in for life. Therefore, the AWPA cannot be applied or be used in regard to TimberSIL® Glass Wood.
